Storing Flux

Flux got new digs! Well, not just Flux, and not new digs, not exactly. Along with Gideon Productions (and led once again by Sandy Yaklin), Flux and few other partner companies have moved into a new LIC-based shared storage, rehearsal and shop space. We’re still renters, but the flexibility, location and size of the space make this a serious upgrade for us from our previous storage space, lovingly called “Deathtrap Sandwich”. This space will also play a big role in advancing the Sh.I.T. list dream, serving as a temporary home for items.

A big round of thanks to Isaiah, Rachael, Heather, Kia, Becky, Will, Kelly, Alisha and Chinaza for moving all of our precious junk into its new home (and to Rebecca Comtois, for her wonderful and invaluable surprise cameo). We’ll also be using the space for builds (hooray) and for rehearsals and some Flux Sundays when our other home, Judson Memorial Church isn’t available.

This space will also be available for outside companies to rent as a shop and rehearsal space, and we’ll share more information on that anon.

But…whatever shall we call it? Reader, leave your brilliant names for Flux and friends’ new shared storage/rehearsal/shop/clubhouse space in the comments below!
