Christina Shipp

Christina Shipp has recently appeared as Rosaura in Flux Theatre Ensemble’s Life is a Dream at the Michael Weller, Lady Macbeth in The M Game, an experimental take on Shakespeare’s Macbeth, Julia in Theatre of the Expendable’s premier production of The Tragedy of John at Theatre Row’s Studio Theatre, and as Benny (et al) in Flux’s workshop production of Other Bodies in the Katherine and Friends Festival. She is also a resident director for Equalogy, a touring theatre company dedicated to promoting social change throughout the Northeast. Christina is a student of the Lucid Body Technique under Fay Simpson and studies Improv at the PIT with Pat Shay and Kurt Braunholer. Christina is grateful for all elements of inspiration. And free time. Thanks to Flux, she has the former in abundance. The latter not so much. For which she is also grateful.
